Partly cloudy to cloudy conditions and rainfall events have resulted in lower maximum temperatures. As a result, the hot spell Alert is discontinued. Although drier than normal conditions are forecast for November, occasional rainfall events are still possible. Warm to hot conditions may persist; however, the likelihood of temperatures remaining at or above the Hot Spell thresholds has decreased.
